General Tsur is an expert in the field of law enforcement and counter terrorism. He has a vast security experiences in Israel and worldwide. General Tsur is the former Police commissioner of the Israeli largest district Tel Aviv, former commander of the Israeli Boarder police and commander of the Israeli national counter terror unit (YAMAM).
In addition, General Tsur is a senior consultant to the Israel Ports Development and Assets Company Ltd. General Tsur served as the Israeli National Police delegate to the International security advising committee (G-7) of the 2004 Olympic Games Athens Greece and was special security consultant to the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
General Tsur was in charge of the security and the planning for the Historical Visit of the Pope John Paul to the state of Israel in 2000. This task considered one of the more complex and challenging mission of the Israeli police. General Tsur also commanded on the entire security forces for the international sport event, the 17th “MACABIYA”, 2005.

Azar serves as chairman of the security committee of the Sdot Dan Regional Council, 17,000 residents. He planned, established and operates the entire security system of the council.

Prior to employment, the Aargau Cantonal Police checks all new employees’ criminal records and reviews their debt collection registers for the past 10 years. All employees are registered and approved by the Aargau Cantonal Police. The verification of the employees is repeated at short intervals in order to always guarantee the reliability of the employees. 360 Grad Security GmbH holds licenses to operate in all cantons across Switzerland.
